These Terms and Conditions govern your use of aeogeoforhotels.com and the free AEO and GEO analysis offered by Mentio. By requesting the analysis or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to request an analysis for the hotel or website you submit. You agree to submit only a website you own or are permitted to analyse. You agree not to misuse the service, not to attempt to break, overload or probe the systems, and not to submit URLs that point to private, internal or unauthorised systems.
Answer first: we use your email only to send you the link to your report and related communications about your analysis, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We collect the hotel name, the website URL and the email you provide. We process this data to deliver the report, to follow up about your analysis and to share occasional related updates from Mentio. We do not sell your personal data. We treat your data in a GDPR-friendly way and apply reasonable security measures. The report, the site, the Mentio brand, the wordmark "Be the answer." and all related content and software are owned by Mentio or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the report for your own hotel. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the report or the site content as your own product. The structured data, FAQs and meta text we generate for your hotel are yours to publish on your own site.
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google, Copilot, Claude and other engines and brands named in the analysis are the property of their respective owners. Mentio is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. We have no control over how third-party engines crawl, rank, quote or describe your hotel, and we are not responsible for their behaviour or their changes over time.
Answer first: the service is provided "as is" and Mentio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the report. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentio is not liable for any loss of revenue, bookings, data or goodwill, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the analysis, the report or your reliance on them. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating any change before you apply it to your live site.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown above. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
